Bergtatt Opplevelser AS
Purchase of a service from Bergtatt Opplevelser AS implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation policy. If no other terms have been agreed upon the following rules apply:
If the party purchasing the service cancels, less than seven days (168 hours) before the scheduled departure time, 100% of the price must be paid.
If the party purchasing the service cancels, more than seven days (168 hours) before the scheduled departure time, 50% of the price will be paid.
If the party purchasing the service cancels more than fourteen days (336 hours) before scheduled departure time, the full price will be refunded.
Cancellation policy daily tours in summer (individuals):
If the party purchasing the service cancels 24 hours before departure they get a 100% refund. After that there is no refund.
All cancellations made by Bergtatt Opplevelser caused by security or technical problems will be refunded 100%. Bergtatt Opplevelser AS will endeavour to provide new dates for the service if possible and if a new date is accepted by the purchasing party, the service will not be refunded.
Force majeure:
Circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, fire, restrictions, delivery or other extraordinary and uncontrollable circumstances that may prevent the purchasing party from fulfilling their obligations under the agreement, he / she may be exempted from the obligations or consequences thereof.
In case of force majeure, Bergtatt Opplevelser AS reserves the right (but makes no guarantees) to offer substitute services that it deems adequate replacement for the originally scheduled service. If no substitute is available, or the substitutes offered are not accepted by the purchasing party, no refunds will be made.
Bergtatt Opplevelser AS shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience or any other irregularity due to wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omission on the part of the service providers.
Delays and no-shows:
Upon confirmation of your service, you will receive a voucher specifying the details of the service as well as contact information for the local service providers and contact information for Bergtatt Opplevelser AS. If you anticipate that you will be delayed for any reason and will not be able to honour your scheduled meeting time, it is your responsibility to call the service supplier at the provided phone number or, if they are not available, the BergtattOpplevelser office, to inform of your delay. Whenever possible we will do our best to reschedule your meeting time at no extra cost, however it may happen that a reschedule is not possible or that it incurs an additional cost. If a call is not made prior to reservation time, and/or you are not able to be present for your meeting time within one hour, the service will be considered a no-show. No-show clients cannot re-schedule the service and must re-book the service at the full price.
Reviewing Voucher Information:
While Bergtatt Opplevelser AS takes the upmost care to ensure the information on your travel vouchers is complete and accurate, it is your responsibility to carefully read and review vouchers immediately after receiving them. Failure to contact us in adequate time to allow for the correction and re-sending of vouchers could result in the loss or cancellation of your services listed on the voucher – for which we will not be responsible. In such a case no refunds will be possible.
Service changes:
Bergtatt Opplevelser AS will always try to accommodate all client needs, however, major changes requested by the client, after the voucher has been finalized and sent, may incur a modification charge. The modification charge will be calculated based on any other additional cost that may be required for the change (e.g. purchase of additional tickets, inclusion of more participants, rent of the concert hall). Changes to the voucher that arise from an error made by Bergtatt Opplevelser AS will not incur a service charge.

5.2 Safety instructions and selfrisk-declearance when passenger with Bergtatt Opplevelser AS.
Safety instructions – passenger manifest:
Any stay in the mine area is only permitted under the supervision of Bergtatt Opplevelser staff or persons authorized by Bergtatt Opppplevelser.
Outside the concert hall wearing of safety helmets is obligatory. Check you have your helmet adjusted so it doesn’t fall off.
Check that the floating suit is correctly fastened
Notice the crew at once if you think anybody is scared or not feeling good.
Watch the surroundings- Be prepared for unexpected and sudden motions when riding a boat. Keep your hands and head inboard.
If anybody falls overboard (Man overboard/MOB) – Notice the pilot loudly at once but NEVER let the MOB out of sight.
If you suffer from any injuries or special medical conditions, ex diabetes, serious allergies etc., PLEASE contact us about this as soon as you have booked by emailing us.
Our trips are not suitable for people with claustrophobia.
Intoxicated people are not allowed.
If you violate any safety regulations, you may be removed from the premises (without any right to reimbursement).
Mobile telephones, cameras, laptops, tablets, glasses and other personal items are not covered by the company’s insurance, you bring these items onboard at your own risk. Also keeping your belongings behind is at your own risk.
When crossing the ‘terms & conditions’ box, I declare that I`m aware of the risks I might face, and I participate totally voluntarily and on my own risk on this tour when it comes to issues which are not covered by the Bergtatt Opplevelsers insurance.
The trip will find place within Norway and Norwegian jurisdiction will be applied on any investigation the authorities find necessary.
